Winner of the Best Writing Award at the 2017 Brooklyn Web Fest, Under the Weather has shown at short film and web fests around the world. I am proud to be co-writer on this web series about Miriam, a middle-aged Brooklyn mom, wrestling with her growing anxiety around climate change. (Sound like someone you know?) Seduced by two sexy strangers -- Rae, a young, sexy, lesbian with a DIY, off-the-grid approach, and Rick, a sexy fracking lawyer, convinced that capitalist forces will create a climate change solution -- Miriam dives into dumpsters, trades in her Prius for a bike, yet also enjoys the night of her life in Rick's SUV.
